Bonus content is collected by going to Siero's Knickknack Shack and selecting Claim Add-Ons. If you're having issues accessing your content, try these potential solutions:
Save and close your game, then start it again after a few minutes.
Note: Please do not repurchase the content you're trying to claim.
Restart your PlayStation®4 or PlayStation®5 console.
Sign out of the PlayStation™Network and then sign in again.
Restore PlayStation®Store licenses.
PlayStation®4 Procedure:
- Select [Settings] > [Account Management] > [Restore Licenses].
- Select Restore.
Note: Your saved data won't be affected.
PlayStation®5 Procedure:
- Select [Settings] > [Users and Accounts] > [Other] > [Restore Licenses].
- Select Restore.
Note: Your saved data won't be affected.
Redownload your purchased content.
PlayStation®4 Procedure:
- Select Library from the Home screen.
- Select Purchased.
- Select Granblue Fantasy: Relink.
- Select PlayStation®Store to display Your Add-ons.
- Select the arrow icon next to the content to start downloading it.
- Restart the game.
PlayStation®5 Procedure:
- Highlight Granblue Fantasy: Relink on the Home screen and press the Options button.
- Select Manage Game Content.
- Select the content you wish to download.
- Restart the game.
